Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

RPL is available to learners who believe they already possess the skills and knowledge required for a unit of competency.

RPL assessments:

  • Are evidence-based
  • Require learners to provide sufficient and valid evidence
  • Are assessed against unit requirements

Credit Transfer

Credit transfer is available for learners who have previously completed equivalent units of competency with an authorised RTO.

Verified Statements of Attainment or qualifications must be provided.


Training Delivery

Training may be delivered through approved methods, including:

  • Face-to-face classroom delivery
  • Workplace or onsite group training
  • Structured and supported learning sessions

Assessment
